Built a little differently
Cubby Haus has never been about doing things simply because that’s how they’re normally done.
We’ve built a neighbourhood bar and working brewery around curiosity, making things ourselves and finding good uses for things others might overlook.

The Brewery
Our beer is brewed right here, on our self-built brewhouse.
We make everything from easy-drinking lager to traditional English styles and more curious seasonal creations using traditional methods, the finest ingredients and a willingness to explore.
The Kitchen
Making things ourselves doesn’t stop at the brewery.
Pizza dough is made fresh here with our own beer. Chips are cut in-house. Pretzels are made here too.
Quality doesn’t need much theatre. It just needs care and consistency.
