Every Sunday, Malcolm is firing up the grill at the brewery to serve tender and juicy morsels.

Always something different but always delicious with Vegetarian options available.

Pavlova. New Zealand or Australian? Made with New Zealand hops and Victorian malt, our Pavlova IPA is a little of both. 

A West Coast style IPA with a neutral yeast, the hops rule to make a light and crisp ale full of peach, passion fruit and plum. A dash of Munich malt brings a toast malt balance. (wheat free)

We’re still experiencing road closures both to the South and North of us in Humffray street.
The one guaranteed way to get to us is via Barkly street. Turn in to Morton street, north corner of Mount Pleasant reserve, head straight to the end then left.
Ignore the detour sign.

ESB on Tap at Royal Oak

We are extremely chuffed to be on tap at the Royal Oak Hotel in South steet here in Ballarat. Dean has been running a craft beer tap for some time now – giving us small producers a go.

Head on down for some great pub food and a Cubby Haus Extra Special Bitter poured directly from the tap.

The Royal Oak is open Wednesday to Sunday from midday.

Munich Dunkel Now On Tap

Our second Winter Seasonal is now on tap. This German style Dark Lager with a deep reddish tinge is full of bread malt notes and a hint of spice and grapefruit from the Chinook hops used throughout. On tap for a limited time.

There are 12 beers on tap and our dark beer range is significant. Come down for a sample paddle of our delicious dark beers.

Winter Menu Update

Our new Pork & Fennel pizza is already a crowd favourite – rich, comforting, and made fresh in-house. Perfectly paired with our English Oatmeal Stout with its warming dark notes and light bitterness. The perfect accompaniment.
